issues with qubes fedora and debian repos

Are there problems with the debian and fedora repos at the moment. I am getting errors when I try to update debian9 and fedora26 templates?

Debian:

The problem might have been trying to use the ftp:// protocol, or it was
a temporary issue that has since resolved itself, or perhaps a problem
on your end.
