The ReadMe on github says it is somewhat outdated, however it does not tell me what information it gives me is outdated.
The bit about AEM not being compatible with (U)EFI boot is what concerns me. Here is the link: https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-antievilmaid/blob/master/anti-evil-maid/README

You can also get there from the Qubes documentation page. <(not very specific I know)

AFAIK, AEM still requires GRUB.

GRUB or GRUB2? Probably seems trivial but avoiding ambiguity makes things simpler. :-) A question I have to go along with this is what boot loader will the OS installer give me with CSM disabled?

GRUB2. Should be UEFI with CSM disabled.

"GRUB2. Should be UEFI with CSM disabled."

As in GRUB2 is needed for AEM?

(Just a good ol' yes or no will do, unless I'm missing an important piece of info.)

Yes. Didn't I say that in my first reply?

No, you said GRUB rather than GRUB2 in your first reply.

Anyway I think I will just leave CSM enabled for installation because many sources seem to be hinting toward GRUB being needed for AEM (emphasis on hinting)
and any article or web page on GRUB2 that I've seen doesn't even mention AEM, plus it will make installation a little bit easier for me personally. There is also the fact GRUB is easier to configure than GRUB2 as far as I know.

I have added 2 Rich Text File attachments to this reply. One is my original plan with CSM disabled for installation, the other is with CSM enabled and is much simpler.

I see. I think most, if not all distributions these days (Qubes
included) use GRUB2 instead of GRUB legacy. So when you see "GRUB"
mentioned, it is safe to assume they are talking about GRUB2 unless
specified otherwise or it's an old reference. Debian's had GRUB2 since
2010, for example.

The simpler plan looks good, but I have never tried installing AEM-
didn't have a use case for it.
