Updates fail with "packet length too long"

Hi!
After installing Qubes OS 4.2 I was able to update Whonix, but Debian and Fedora both fail with "packet length too long" trying to get the repositories.
Could it be related to TLS 1.3? Curl fails to make an SSL connection, and openssl 3.2.2 reports error 0A0000C6

Hi!
The issue was caused by my home router and firewall it seems:
Unknown devices are not allowed to make Internet connections, and the default WLAN setting is to anonymize the MAC.
So after enabling the original MAC I could update Dom0 and Fedora, but not Debian:
The Qubes Updater could not update Debian template that has no net VM, but from the Qubes Manager's context menu I was able to update the Debian template.
