How do I fix "Problem Signature" issue on startup after installing Windows Tools

Getting a bunch of "Problem signature" errors when starting up Windows 7 qube after installing Windows Tools. Startup repair in Windows begins and can't fix the error, so I can't even get into the OS.

Also, I entered "qvm-prefs -s <vm-name> qrexec_timeout 300" after installation, rebooted the computer several times and each time it gets caught in a black screen after the initial screen appears, and stays there for awhile. So it takes a lot longer to boot up now.

I FOUND AN INTERESTING SOLUTION to the endless boot loop problem (Windows startup repair can never fix): I pressed F8 while Windows was booting, and got to the startup screen with some boot up options. I chose "restore to last working configuation" (or something like that), and WHAMMO! I'M BACK, BIG DADDY!!
