Hi

i cretaed a vm called mfa like this article

https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/multifactor-authentication/

everything work fine . i thought to my self the key are open is there a workaround to encrypt this scripts ?

Well the qube is not connected to network so there should be no problem.  However I wonder what happens if the clock gets out of sync. Using google authenticator with my phone I use a dedicated phone that is not normally connected to internet. Sometimes it gets out of sync and I have to connect the phone to internet to let google authenticator sync again.

Good point ..... drifting is known issue ... so what is the solution? :)

if it drifts, reboot the auth vm, time will be resynced.
