Trying to install QubesOS-4.0-rc5 on MacBook Pro 13,2, need some help...

I wonder have anyone ever made it? I'm trying to install qubes on an external SSD. I can boot into the graphical installer(the grub menu didn't show up however), it can't recognize macbook's keyboard and trackpad but I can use a usb keyboard instead. After finishing installation, the system stuck on rebooting. So I pressed the power key and the option key, I can see the Qubes icon in the Boot Camp. Boot into it, I got a black screen with some backlight, neither MacBook keyboard or usb keyboard work(or maybe they worked..but I can't see it).

I have tried several times, has anyone succeeded to install it on MBP?

My MacBook Pro:
late 2016, 13-inch with Touch Bar
CPU: Intel Core i7
GPU: Intel Iris Graphics 550
