Hi,  I downloaded the iso file and the signing key. Wehn i click to download the signature it takes me to a new tab with this on there.

Have you actually READ the error message and LOOKED at the file you
downloaded?
What is the file you are verifying?
Qubes-R4.0.3-x86_64.iso
What was the signature you downloaded?
Qubes-R4.0.3-x86_64.iso.asc

You are trying:
gpg2 -v --verify Qubes-R4-x86_64.iso.asc Qubes-R4-x86_64.iso
Can you see what is wrong with that?
