I have the following machine:
Ryzen 5 2600

MSI PERFORMANCE GAMING X470 GAMING PLUS

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4
25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-16GVGB

GeForce GTX 1060

I have not been able to get it to boot. Please look at the boot messages
for 4.0.2-rc1 in 1.png and 2.png and from 4.0.1 in 0.png

There is a good chance it is that Nvidia card. Can you easily switch to
AMD instead? If not, try adding the nouveau.modeset=0 described in
https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/nvidia-troubleshooting/. Since it's
unlikely you're using Grub, also cross reference
https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/uefi-troubleshooting/ to see where to add
the modeset.

That should work. Is the integrated video disabled/non-existent? Also,
see the appropriate sections in the UEFI troubleshooting document
depending on if it is hanging prior to the installer ever appearing or
if it is after you've installed and rebooted for the first time.
