monitor cant resume connection

to qubes-users

running qubes on a desktop, using a monitor over display port that, when i turn it off, or let the power saver turn it off, never gets a signal again and stays in power save mode. tried disabling display control and just turning it off manually. still, no signal.

it could the be the desktop. the same display on three other laptops, two of which also ran qubes, didnt have this problem.
