Export Windows VM to another Qubes Install

Does anyone know if it's possible to export a Windows vm installed in qubes and transfer it to another install of qubes? If yes, can you explain how to do this?

Using Qubes Backup on the Windows VM, transferring the backup file, and
a Qubes Restore ought to do it.
