When I install Qubes Windows Tools, my WindowsVM won't boot.

I believe I'm following this tutorial correctly:

I saw this but this was confusing.

When my WindowsVM reboots, the StartupRepair attempts to automatically repair. The first time it successfully repaired. This last time, I'm still waiting.

Since the last time I posted, I have been unable to get the WindowsVM to boot. I'm going to reinstall and try again but this time update windows before installing the tools. Maybe this will help?

Clone the WindowsVM at each step, so if it breaks you can easily roll
back to a working version.
