Qubes not detecting some of my USB ports

I have a Lenovo T510 which has 4 USB ports. 1 at the rear, a bank of 2 on the side and another single one on that same side.

sys-usb detects 2 USB controllers but I can only use 2 of the 4 ports - The one at the rear and 1 from the double bank on the side.

I have tested all the ports on a live tails os and they all function perfectly.

Any insight into how I might go about solving this? Thanks in advance for your help :)
