Uhh same as always?

I assume you are trying "su" as you don't like typing "sudo" - the
command you are looking for is "sudo -s"

Just in case you refer to the Root account, it is diabled by default. You were given the choice to enable it during the install of Qubes 3.2, however it is ill advised for Qubes.

Albeit you can do "sudo -s" as Tai suggested above, or run "sudo -h" to get info.
