Google Summer of Code (GSoC) - ideas need to be filled out

Hi all,

We now have a GSoC page for Qubes:

https://www.qubes-os.org/GSoC/

However the project ideas in our Ideas List need to be filled out, with
prerequisite knowledge (coding languages), mentor (lead reviewer of the
project and work), etc. Please fill it in here:

More ideas (if filled out) are also encouraged, the application will be
submitted February 8.
