Do you know someone who could do the GSoC administrative stuff in google
web interface for Whonix?

I could mentor something (automated test suite) but I am not good with
administration.

There is not much to be done there - first registration, then student
selection, and then evaluation (AFAIR 3 times a simple form).
Technically, evaluation must be done by relevant project mentor (not
project admin), and student selection also includes mentors
participation.
So, in fact much of the web interface interaction is for mentors, not
org admins...

As for the other question: yes, we're happy to vouch for Whonix. I think
our contact registered when we were accepted was Michael.
