Persist JSON objects with Panache

I am looking for a simple example about storing a JSON object (either text or JSON-B) in a table column. I haven't found anything up to date and in particular using Panache I haven't found anything.

Can someone give me some reference on which I can go studying, if this is possible using Panache of course.

I mean inserting in a relational database like PostgreSQL (or even in H2 for tests).

That would be a question better asked on Zulip or GitHub discussions. This mailing list is about the development of Quarkus itself.
