Where do I file a bug on this?

I went through the https://quarkus.io/guides/ansible for deploying with ansible, and I"m the very first step after install ansible is hung installing the middleware_automation.quarkus collection. There is no additional output being put out when using the verbose mode:

starksm@Ryzen:~/.ssh$ ansible-galaxy -v collection install middleware_automation.quarkus
Starting galaxy collection install process
Process install dependency map

I think the best way is to report it to https://github.com/ansible-middleware/quarkus/issues.
