Openshift annotation app.openshift.io/vcs-url when ssh is used

I use ssh to access my git remote repo. The value of the OpenShift annotation app.openshift.io/vcs-url is malformed.
Both generated openshift files (yml, json) in target/kubernetes have for the annotation
app.openshift.io/vcs-url
the value
https://host/7999/path/repo.git but our remote repo is ssh://git@host:7999/path/repo.git.
Do I something wrong?

open a issue. looks like decorate might not handle your origin remote properly.
include info on what git remote -v contains.
