Hello folks,

I am very happy to announce that Quinoa is available and I've just got my article posted on the blog:

Creating this extension was a lot of fun and I thank everyone who helped me achieve it!

I will talk about it during Quarkus Insight #92 (May 30).

I hope you will enjoy it!

Cheers,

That’s really cool. I tried it out and it works like a charm. Good job!

Thank you Andy, really cool, I used a similar Maven plugin but I think this is far better.

Hey there,
As a non ui dev i struggled a bit to understand the before / after both in dev and prod. I think a small diagram for dev and another for prod could help visualize:
- the fact that HTTP calls are proxied from quarkus to the UI live server
- the fact that for prod the ui build does the job triggered by quarkus's build and then the content is copied into the quarkus app

The blog and the extension guide could use the same ones.

Awesome.
The first one confused me a bit.
I wonder if for all three something that resembles more a sequence diagram, vs a decision tree would not be more easily understood, it would also allow you to represent the "end user"

Something like this for the first example

Yeah that's better for sure. I am not sure if the sequence diagram would be better for the runtime part?

I am pretty bad at choosing the right diagram, I always want to make it fit all in one diagram :)

I think the sequence diagram would work well for the runtime aspects too. The left most would be the User request.
