Please Ask For Help

In these difficult times I feel we should use our network of friends to
ensure everyone is OK and is able to get what they need. Therefore I'm
suggesting that if anyone needs some assistance for anything, not just
Quantum related, then please reach out and ask on here.

I won't claim this is my idea, but it is something I've seen in action on
another forum I use. There someone needed help collecting food for an
elderly relative who lived on the other side of the country. It only took
hours for something to be arranged.

If any club members want to contact me directly please use the email
address or phone number in Quantum Mechanics.

Something else I believe will become a serious issue is mental health. If
you need to talk, vent frustration or rant, then find an outlet to help.
Again contact me personally if you need help, as I've been through plenty
of lows and would be happy to help someone, even if it's just someone to
talk to. You are not alone and plenty of people will struggle through this,
but together we will come out the other side (hopefully sideways through
the tyre smoke!).
