Saloon boot gas rams supplier.

Does anyone know of a supplier for the correct gas rams used to keep the saloon boot open?
The ones currently fitted have no markings as have been re painted mat black at some point.
Would prefer to get some of the correct type before I start searching for a alternative type.

When I needed to replace the gas struts that supported the rear window/roof section of my (much missed) H4, I had a pair made up by a company in the midlands ....SGS, as I recall. They wanted precise measurements / loadings etc, but the easiest thing to have done would have been to send the knackered ones to them for them to match. Google "gas struts UK" and you'll find them. The struts I got were excellent quality and the company were very helpful.

Was hoping they were from a donor rather than custom but either way it needs them.
