Ubuntu 16.04 LTS:
Quadstor 3.2.17

Steps are almost the same as described here. You will need the deb package version you have running on your host.
On Ubuntu:
#dpkg -r quadstor-virt
#cd /quadstor/pgsql
#mv data data.bak
#dpkg -i quadstor-virt-3.2.17-debian7-x86_64.deb
#/quadstor/pgsql/etc/pgsql start
#/quadstor/bin/dbrecover -t
<!-- make sure there are no errors. post errors if any.-->
#/quadstor/bin/dbrecover
#systemctl reboot
<!-- make sure quadstor service started and wait at least 5min before accessing the web GUI. -->
#systemctl status quadstor
<!-- make user you're not getting the same error after quadstor starts. -->
#cat /var/log/syslog | grep 'mdaemon'
