right input not working

I'm having an issue with the non-mouthpiece input. The right input on the side of the QuadStick. It's no longer detecting soft puffs or sips. If I give it a puff it just holds that input. Same thing if I sip on it. It just holds the sip and brings me to the change profile option.it will also just do it randomly. I will just be using the computer and all of a sudden it starts giving a puff.

Last time I posted about this someone said there might be moisture in the straw. Well that worked for a while when I blew out any moisture or just took it off entirely. But now it's doing the same thing even with the straw off.

Is this something I should send in for repair or is there another way around fixing it?

Send it in for repair.

Water has made it all the way into the insides or there is an electrical problem.

Include the side tube and the mouthpiece.
