SETUP ISSUE? Profiles not translating to game

PROBLEM: I am setting up the quadstick and trying to utilize default profiles for gameplay (I have tried customizing as well but without success) and it seems that the inputs are not producing an output as listed. To get to said profile I sip the right stick until hearing the boing sound, clicking to select it, then sipping twice more to get to the third sub-profile (third sheet). I get no reactivity from my player to these actions. There have been times when switching to other profiles that I will get some reactivity, but then that goes away for reasons I don't know. Can provide video if necessary but it exceeds 25mb size constraints here.

Send in a debug report with QMP so I can take a look at your configuration info:

How to send in a debugging report with QMP:

1. Plug the Quadstick into the PC
2. Start QMP
3. Wait 20 seconds
4. Click in the Transcript pane at the bottom of the window.
5. Press F1 key
6. Answer prompt to send in the debugging report
7. EXIT QMP.  Ignore any error message.
   
8. Send me an email so I know to go look for the report.

What does "PC via XBox" mean?  Is this reversed?  Are you attempting to use a remote-play program to access an XBox console through a Windows PC?

I had a friend help me set up the quad stick a few years ago and everything worked perfectly fine until a week or so before I sent it in. I haven’t spoken to him in years and I forgot to download it to my computer before I sent it to you because I’ve never had issues with it. Was there something wrong with the set up? I only used it for Xbox and only had two different configurations.

The first was I believe the default configuration.

Moving the mouthpiece left, was left on the left joystick of an Xbox controller.

Moving the mouthpiece, right, was right on the left joystick of an Xbox controller.

Moving the mouthpiece up was up on the left joystick of an Xbox controller.

Moving the mouthpiece down was down on the left joystick of an Xbox controller.

The lip button was a 

Breathing in on the middle sip/puff was X

Breathing out on the middle sip/puff was B

Breathing out on the middle and right sip/puff was Y

Breathing in on the left and middle was pressing in the left joystick

Breathing in on the middle and right was pressing in on the right joystick 

Breathing in on the left sip/puff was LB

Breathing out on the left sip/puff was LT

Breathing in on the right sip/puff was RB

Breathing out on the right sip/puff was RT

The other configuration I had was basically the same, except for the mouthpiece controlled the right joystick and I had a USB joystick plugged in that I bought from you that controlled the left joystick. Also on that one,

The lip button was RT

Breathing out on the right Sip/puff was a 

Light breathing out on the middle sip/puff was LB+RB

Light breathing in on the middle and right sip/puff was either home or the other pause button

Light breathing in on the right sip/puff was the other home or pause button

And when I pressed the button for LT, it was held down until I pressed again

I hope that helps because I don’t have the actual QMP to look at
