Quadstick don't work on PS5 anymore

A few months ago I was playing Resident Evil 4 on PS5 with no issues using QMP 4+ and PS Remote Play running in the background, now after getting Spider-Man 2 the Quadstick doesn't work with any PS5 game. Have there been any updates to the Quadstick or QMP in the past 3 months since I haven't played since then. Could it be my settings are wrong maybe?

The TLDR is PS remote play's new update won't work with ViGEmBus and you will need to revert to an older version, run the version patcher, and remember to turn down any future updates.

Chaiki is also an alternative.

I accidentally updated remote play to the newest version

So delete  ViGEmBus you saying or what ? I try to patch version 6 of remote play but it reverts to version 6 again, I think I'm doing something wrong. Please help I have been trying since the morning

Read through that thread.

You will need to uninstall PS Remote Play version 6 and install version 4.1 that is linked to in that tread, then run that version patcher program to make Sony think you are running version 6.  Never update PS Remote Play, just run the version patcher again it they prompt you to update.

Don't change anything about ViGEmBus or QMP.

Follow this link to download the older version of remote play installer:

Follow this link to get the patcher: 

https://github.com/xeropresence/remoteplay-version-patcher/releases/tag/1.0.0

Then follow these steps:

1. Download the old PS Remote Play installer 

2. Don’t bother to open it yet 

3. Go and download the patcher from the second link and click on release.zip 

4. After the download-go to the folder where you downloaded the patch aka release.zip 

5. Click to unzip it, then Open ‘release’ folder 

6. Click on a file that has ‘.exe’ 

7. A blank black box will pop up to install the patch 

8. Close it and open rp
