qs not working

i had to reset my pc and now i can't play any games on my quadstick. it's like when the profile is selected it just spends my player in circles and i can't do any other functions.

Open that spreadsheet up and select the DPad tab.  The top corner cell, A1, is full of text.  Looks like a inadvertent speech-to-text insertion.  It needs to contain the words:  Profile Name.  You can copy that text over from one of the other mode sheets.

After "Profile Name" is in cell A1 of the Dpad sheet, select the spreadsheet in either the left or right column of QMP's games tab, click on the Download to Quadstick button.  

Another thing I notice is you have the virtual controller enabled in QMP:

AND the configuration file is using XBox emulation mode:

Use one or the other, not both.

If you want mouse access while playing that game, remove the preference setting for enable_DS3_emulation, re-download the spreadsheet and use the virtual controller.

Once you have a known good set of configuration files, copy the CSV files from your quadstick to a folder on your computer so you can quickly recover from any configuration mistakes.

it was working on other games so i just got my money back. Also it's also acting weird it keeps bringing up the quadstick file from from windows. es. in pic. And when playing football on my console the joystick is hard to use. like i have to move the joystick completely one direction for it to even react to moving

I'll send you an edit request on your problem spreadsheet.

Also, send in a debugging report with QMP:

1. Plug the Quadstick into the PC
2. Start QMP
3. Wait 20 seconds
4. Perform the operation that is giving you trouble.
5. Click in the Transcript pane at the bottom of the window.
   
6. Press F1 key
7. Answer prompt to send in the debugging report
8. EXIT QMP.  Ignore any error message.
   
9. Send me an email so I know to go look for the report.

You were trying to download a spreadsheet and were getting an error message.  That is the "operation" step 4 refers to.

You should have received a separate email from Google with a request from me for edit access to your spreadsheet.  Follow the instructions in that email and I will fix your sheet for you.  Then you can download it into your quadstick with QMP and not get an error message.

You will need to be specific to sheet and row.  I don't see any general problem, other than columns D through J are reserved.  They must be left blank if the movement recognition mode is not being used.  Comments must be placed in column K and beyond.  One of those comments may be interfering with the Quadstick detecting an input for those rows.

Use something like https://test.quadstick.com to display the controller outputs if the game is not giving you the response you expect.
