Good morning all,

I use my quadstick every day, it is plugged into the Titan Two in combination with the Xbox Adaptive Controller. Everything had been working fine for months, even a few years, and today, suddenly, several functions started to bug while I was gaming. Here are the functions that no longer work: multiple sip or puff, soft center puff. I suspect the problem is with the sip and puff functions.

What do you think?

Material:
Original Quadstick
Titan two
Xbox Adaptive Controller
Xbox Series X

I also tested the functions with an original Xbox controller ended to assess if it was my Xbox Adaptive Controller that is faulty. I then assessed if it was my Titan Two that was involved, so I tested with a Cronus Max and an original Xbox controller. All my tests were conclusive, the functions remained defective, there is no doubt that the problem comes from the Quadstick.

Thanks!

Have you cleaned your mouthpiece?
Make sure the tubing is clear of any liquid.
Power quality can affect the pressure sensors.  Defective cables can cause trouble.
The T2 sometimes requires a power supply to power the quadstick along with other devices.

Do not touch the quadstick during power up.  Wait until the lights stop changing to touch the mouthpiece.
