ps5 with bloader pro and cronus zen question

i have a setup with my quadstick plugged into the a2port on my cronus zen. my ps5 controller is plugged into a1 port on the zen. my zen is plugged into the bottom narrow port on the bloader pro and the bloader is plugged into the internet.

my ps5 is also hardwired to internet. i have done the initial setup for remote play and had been enjoying the use of my quadstick. the last time i used it was in the first part of september 2023. now, when i try to use the quadstick, i am unable to get my quadstick connected to my ps5. the light on the controller and the zen no longer turn pink like normal.

i am wondering if there is some sort of update that either happened or i am missing that is interfering with the connection of my quadstick through remote play. any ideas or fixes would be greatly appreciated from anyone.

You no longer need the Beloader Pro with the Cronus Zen.  With a new firmware update, the Zen can connect directly to the PS5 and you can skip the whole Remote Play method that the Beloader Pro uses.

There is also a new Beloader device called the U5 that works much like the CM Zen that is directly connected to the console.  There is a new tutorial for that, too, farther down the list of tutorials.

Hi Fred

Am I understanding you correctly that with the latest firmware update you can play PS5 with the QS straight on your TV? If that is the case do you know if it's possible to use both a QS and mouse with the Zen?

I always avoided getting a PS5 because of the whole remote only play.

Cronus came out with a firmware update for the Zen about five months ago that allows directly connecting the output of the Zen to the PS5.

I don't know if they allow blending a controller and a mouse.  They might.
