When I try to use the flash drive, none of the profiles are available. The QMP says Quadstick flash drive not found. After looking at similar issues, nothing has worked. I've tried doing the flash reset. I've unplugged and replugged several times. My PC prompted the picture attached once. Thoughts?

Could be a broken USB socket.  A bad cable.  A problem on the Host end.

There is not enough information to narrow it down.

What are the lights doing?

Here are two videos showing the lights when starting up and switching profiles. I'm also attaching a screenshot of the feedback from the QMP. The cord and USB sockets are fine. I've tested them both.

QMP feedback attached.

I think the quadstick is starting up running a configuration that is using a USB emulation that does not have access to the flash drive.

If there are no configuration files in the quadstick's memory that have flash drive access, then you will need to erase the flash drive and reload the configuration files.

I believe the only configuration file in your quadstick is:

It uses USB emulation mode 3, XBox controller for PC, which has no flash drive access.

enable_DS3_emulation3
0=Normal composite device mode, 1=Dual Shock 3 emulation, 2=X360CE mode, 3=XBox 360 emulation

I'll bet if you go to http://test.quadstick.com and wiggle the joystick after the quadstick boots up, you will see an XBox 360 controller detected.

Only USB modes 0, 2, & 4, have flash drive access, which is what QMP needs to manage the files.

Once you erase and gain access to the flash drive, copy the two attached CSV files into the flash to have a copy of the Mouse2 configuration.  You can then use the quadstick as a mouse and redownload your own config files, but don't delete the default again.
