I don't see anything off the bat that would cause a problem.
The zupppp config might be causing trouble. It is up against the limit for the number of mode sheets. There are rows that have blank outputs names, which is not allowed, and at least one input that is just a number, not a valid input.
sheet "drive" cell A28 is blank.
sheet "copy of drive" cell C22 has the number 3, not a valid input. Same thing on the sheet "copy of copy of drive"
The sheet "copy of copy of copy of copy of mouse2" row 15 has both blank input and output cells.
I don't know what the effect of these really long mode sheet names would be, or all of the missing cell values. If the program that loops through the configuration interprets one of these things incorrectly, it could cause conceivably cause a lock up.
Does the problem only happen when this configuration has been running? If you load one of the configuration files that came with the quadstick and then switch back to the default.csv, do you see the problem then?
