What are the base score measure in ACI 2018 ?

Can any one please help me out what are the base score measure in ACI 2018 ?

i have figure it out these measure which are in base score category.

a) ACI_PPHI_1 

b) ACI_EP_1

c) ACI_HIE_1

d) ACI_HIE_2

e)ACI_PEA_1

Does these measures are also in base score category ?

a) ACI_ONCACB_1

b)ACI_ONCDIR_1

also please let me know in case of I missout any measure which is in base score category which i listed above. ?
