Quality measure 438 - singlePerformanceRate but with multiple strata?

However on the registry specs there is no mention of multiple strata. There is only mention of multiple submission criteria: https://qpp.cms.gov/docs/QPP_quality_measure_specifications/Claims-Registry-Measures/2018_Measure_438_Registry.pdf

In 2017, measure 438 only had one strata with multiple submission criteria: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CMSgov/qpp-measures-data/master/measures/2017/measures-data.json

I can't find any other examples of a quality measure with a single performance rate and multiple strata.

Measure 438 is a single performance rate. These strata were incorrectly added to the repository. I've reached out to have them removed. Thanks for letting me know.
