How Quality category calculation happens based upon the Scenarios ?

Hello,

User submit six measures out of them three are fall in the below scenarios, so can you help me how does it work.

 

Scenario 1:  If a Non-inverse measure having Denominator value 0, do we need to consider decile score three?

 

Scenario 2:  If Denominator of a Non-inverse measure is <=19 and that measure is high priority with intermediate Outcome So do we need to count the bonus?

 

Scenario 3:  If Denominator=100 of an inverse measure and Numerator=100 and that measure is high priority, do we need to count the bonus and default score three?

 

Also please help me how the end-to-end electronic reporting does it count 6 or based upon the above scenario?
