Hi,

On https://qpp.cms.gov/docs/QPP_quality_measure_specifications/CQM-Measures/2019_Measure_470_MIPSCQM.pdf example the calculations appear as Post-op score minus Pre-op score (on patient A: 45-33 = 12). However the header shows Pre-op minus Post-op. Which one is correct?

I believe the intention of the measure is to be Post-op score minus Pre-op score because the higher the average change the better the patient will feel after surgery.

Hi Paulo,

You'll need to reach out to the QPP Help Desk (Q...@cms.hhs.gov) for a measure specific question. Thanks!
