Why the benchmark is differ on both sources (QPP/github).

for measure 378 (CMS75) we have found the the benchmark is different on both sources.

Please  guide us.

Hi,

I've confirmed this is expected. In order to support 3 points applied for these topped out measures when applicable, the benchmarks in the API and measures repo are formatted as you see them. This is the intended behavior. Any measure that does not meet the 0.00 performance rate will receive 3 points.
