QLab not playing sound quenes when connected from AUX to mic channel

     Right now, I am playing sound through a mic channel through AUX. My computer is connected to the soundboard though the headphone jack that is connected to a mic channel. When I play a sound on my computer, it plays all the way through and is received from the soundboard.

     When I play a sound through QLab, no sound is received (no light popping up) by the sound board. If I disconnect the headphone jack, QLab plays fine. When I play something from a different application, it goes through to the soundboard. The output device is Built-in Output on QLab. Here is a screenshot when it is connected to the soundboard. How can I make it so the sound from QLab's is sent to the soundboard?

It may be that after connecting your headphone jack, a new patch Auido Output Patch option of “Headphones”’or similar has appearad. Use this instead. Check it on audio cues’ audio level tab or your workspace setting audio category.
