Can you share more details about what exact steps you are trying, and what part goes wrong?

Are you using the prep and restore instructions that are written for QLab 5?

As an aside — in online communication using all capitalized letters is often interpreted as “shouting”, which can feel a little harsh on the receiving end.

FWIW I've never had good luck with the scripts in those workspaces, but I've also never spent any significant time troubleshooting - I just do the steps manually to set it up.  but I don't have to go back and forth between shows and civilian life on the same OS install - on my laptop I install 2 copies of mac os on different partitions - one for shows and one for daily use.
