Light Patch w/ enttec dmx usb pro ??

I might just be missing something super simple but I cannot seem to get my lights patched into QLab correctly. 

I followed all the instructions and then tried to patch the lights and all seemed to go just fine, but when I tried to bring up each channel no lights came on.... No red X's, no warnings that somethings not working. Just no lights turning on. 

I know the system works. We're moving from Light-factory on a PC to QLab on a Mac. Lights worked just fine in LF, but now I can't seem to get them on in QLab. 

Am I missing something really simple? Thanks in advance. 

Also if anyone has an updated Tutorial on QLab Lights, that would be great. The old on says that USB doesn't work...

Hi Bry

It’s possible all you need to do is restart QLab; sometimes the Enttec doesn’t correctly identify itself to QLab if it’s disconnected and reconnected while QLab is running.

Also please be sure you’ve updated QLab to the most recent release. The last update included some fixed to USB DMX management.

I sometimes need to go into the light dashboard and manually move one of the sliders just to wake up the connection.   
If just rebooting doesn’t work
