Decklink 8k Pro

we have a BMD Deckling 8K Pro that we are trying to get 4x1080p signals out from QLab, but can only get 2 outputs working.

Mac Studio M1 Max on Sequoia, current QLab and BMD drivers.

Card is in a Thunderbolt 4 chassis (with enough lanes) and the extra power cable.

Each of the connectors on the DeckLink is configured for in or out. when connected bot 1&2 show sync and signal but 3&4 both show no signal. 

This is something in the card config I'm thinking, but we've gone through the settings a couple of times already.

Anyone here have this card working with 4 outputs, or thoughts on what we're missing?

We use these cards regularly - generally configured as a single 8k output quad split. This keeps each output frame synchronised. 

I’ve pasted our settings below 

Video Output	General	4320p30
		Display a Single Field On Video Output
		Displays Black Output When Not Playing
		Keep Default Color Gamut
	SDI Output	Video is Converted to Y,Cb,Cr 4:2:2
		Are Output as 1080p Progressive Video
		Quad Link
		Are Output as Square Division Quad Split (SQ)
