I am having trouble with running three projectors to my Macbook pro within Qlab 4. I run the laptop on Catalina because that is the most recent version of the Matrox PowerDesk that is Supported. Everything is working fine, and the Matrox hardware and software is functioning properly, however, Qlab 4 only recognizes the three projectors as one.

Does anyone know how to fix this? This is an urgent matter.

This is expecterd behaviour.
While adding or replacing a screen choose "Partial screen".
Something like this:

Your TH2Go is probably named just Display with your resolution you have set for it in OSX Display preferences.

Someone just asked this in the Facebook group as well. In my experience, Matrox isn't meant to provide 3 separate outputs. It creates 1 giant surface that spans across all 3 projectors. So it sounds like your Matrox is functioning exactly as intended. So you can map your content to anywhere on that surface, but it's not meant to be 3 discrete outputs. That's my experience with the Matrox hardware. It's been a few years since I've used it so it's possible things have changed.

Thanks!
Damien

Just jumping back in to say that although it is seen as only 1 output, you can break that 1 device into several different surfaces in the Video settings in QLab.

I think what you want is being able to set up a Partial Screen?

In Video Setup, click on the Add Surface dropdown and look for New With Display.  Under that look for Partial screens and then under that, look for a menu option for you Matrox which should give you the ability too set up a each projector.  I don’t have my Matrox with me right now, so that’s about as detailed as I can get.

Hope it helps!

To use the three projector as independent surfaces in Qlab, you need to set up your surfaces using partial screens:
