github repo substantial changes, and webinar

Dear Users,

I would like to inform those of you using the live development version of qgis2fds that in the next few days I am going to push disruptive changes to the main repo. If you want to stay on the safe side, do not pull the modifications until I stabilize the code and update the documentation.

I tried to use a specific git branch but in these busy days I failed. Next time I will try again.

On the other hand, if you want to help out testing the new fire_layer, landuse filters, and wind *.csv functionalities you are very much welcome!
