MacOS Installation error

Several of my students running MacOS are receiving the following error message when they try to install Pyzo:

"App is Damaged and Can't be Opened"

Unfortunately, I do not have a machine with MacOS to test it on.

Has anyone encountered this and found a way around this problem?

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this. This is an issue we experienced before. It was fixed, and now it appears to have come back.

For the time being this version should work on MacOS https://github.com/pyzo/pyzo/releases/tag/v4.12.3
