Numpy/scipy for 2013.5 and 2014

Has anyone on here successfully built scipy and numpy for maya 2013.5 and 2014? and would you be kind enough to share? Been trying for quite a while to no avail. oh and PIL for both versiosn woudl be great too.

I assume you mean built on a Windows 7 x64 system? I've done a lot of research in to that, and from what I can tell Scipy just won't build for any python version on such a system because no free Fortran compiler works on Windows 7 x64, and scipy is heavily dependent on Fortran. Sorry to disappoint, but at least you have an answer now...
