Compare topology

Hi all i have 3 different meshes in three different files what would be the most efficient way to compare topology
currently am importing all into 1 files and doing polycount check

Compare vertex number/index of each mesh and their locations/position.

I'd also compare the UVs if the models has any.

I'd also add a percentage for tolerance just in case the model is the same but ever so slightly changed.
