Missing Script Editor

I did a fresh install of maya and my script editor seems to be missing. Instead I get this weird "CommandWindow

No it is on C:\. It's a issue in 2016.0 but not in 2016.5

Try going to C:\Users\yourName\Documents\maya\2016\prefs\windowPrefs.mel  and look for

windowPref -topLeftCorner 25 -6 -widthHeight 1015 299 -maximized false -parentMain true scriptEditorPanel1Window; line.

set the values in bold to 0 0. I have had the same problem and I got that solution from the net - I can't recall where exactly. It maybe a graphic card issue.
