[Container] how to use api

I everyone,

I try to publish node or attribute to container with maya API.

I found this class --> https://download.autodesk.com/us/maya/2011help/API/class_m_fn_container_node.html

But with these commands it's just possible to get elements of container not published element.

I dont found solution...

Any know the solution ?
