ScrollArea not working on doc widget

Hi everybody
The scrollArea seam to be delay/lag/not updated when drag the horizontal/veryical bar and only get updateD if the Docked widget’s size being changed. Everything works fine when it get undocked. I has tested on maya 2017 and 2018
I used a simple setup with scrollArea attach to mainWindow and some widget inside. Window dock follow https://gist.github.com/liorbenhorin/217bfb7e54c6f75b9b1b2b3d73a1a43a
Have anyone one counter this before? Thanks
