Maya Mel/Python Command Reference moved URL?

I tried accessing Maya MEL/Python command reference page from the script editor menu and got forwarded here.

http://help.autodesk.com/view/MAYAUL/2019/ENU

I cannot find the command reference anywhere. Tried their search function, no luck.

The Maya 2016's web page has a link to Maya documentation archive on the bottom left, I followed that and failed to find anything useful as well.

Anyone able to find the new command reference  URL  can share please?

In the table of contents on the left pane, you'll find "Maya Developer Help" and "Technical Documentation" 

You should find everything you need in these content sections.
