[Windows] Maximum Path Length

Posted this on Tech-Artist and wanted to check if anyone else has encountered it here.

Essentially, Windows enforces a strict limit on the length you can have for a path to your files.

Has this caused any problems for anyone? How have you worked around it? Is it viable to ignore it, since it's mainly a problem when using the default Explorer utility?
