If you are going to ask a question, can you please at least try to make one complete sentence with enough information that it won't be a confusing questions that requires someone to then ask you what you really mean? Also, have you made sure to check the MEL language documentation first?

I'm going to assume you are asking the purpose of "backticks" in MEL, when calling commands:
